Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SalaryArc, operated by 0to10.ai (“us”). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The product

SalaryArc analyses your resume, benchmarks your salary against live job-listing data, and gives you AI-generated career and skill recommendations. It is not legal, financial, or career-counselling advice. Use your judgement.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't upload someone else's resume without their permission.
• Don't scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell SalaryArc.
• Don't use SalaryArc to harass, defraud, or impersonate anyone.
• Don't try to extract our prompts or model outputs in bulk for retraining elsewhere.

4. Subscriptions & billing

SalaryArc Pro is billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You can cancel any time from Settings → Subscription. We offer a 14-day free trial; you can cancel during the trial without being charged. Refunds are handled case-by-case within 30 days of the most recent renewal.

5. AI output

Career suggestions, salary numbers, skill plans, and coach replies are generated by AI and third-party APIs. They're directional — we make no guarantee that any specific role pays what we say, that any path is achievable, or that any advice will lead to a specific outcome.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of your resumes, profile data, and the responses you write. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to operate the product (e.g. send your resume text to OpenAI for parsing).

7. Termination

You can delete your account any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms — we'll try to give notice unless that would defeat the purpose (e.g. fraud).

8. Disclaimers & liability

SalaryArc is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the issue.

9. Changes

We'll update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to active users at least 14 days before they take effect.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
